Grant research begins with getting to know the organization, the people involved, the mission, goals, projects, financial data and knowing the other organizations working with the grant seeker. Eligibility for most grant awards is based upon the organization's successes, partnerships, client base and worthiness of the project for which funds are being sought.

There are many grants available, but there are also a very large number of grant seekers. The key to success for qualified organizations in becoming a grant recipient is in the research that goes into the process, the professionalism of the organization seeking the grant(s), and the quality and accuracy of the grant application. You get back what you put into the process.

This blog is brought to you by a trained and experienced grant writer. I seek to help you decide if it is worth the time required to go to the next step - writing and submitting the grant proposal/application. This blog is dedicated to helping you figure out if you qualify, if you have enough background and track record, and to help you become better able to fulfill the arduous task of seriously seeking grants for your proposal.
